Painting the Effects of Light in Oil - Kathy Daigle - Art Guild of Louisiana

Explore the techniques for creating oil paintings with strong lighting effects. Students will learn the correct use of photographs to understand composition, values, color temperature, paint mixing, and paint application. Day one will be a full demonstration with shorter ones as needed. Accuracy in drawing will be emphasized. Constructive feedback will be given to each individual each day and collectively on the last day of the workshop.
