Site:Brooklyn is pleased to open submissions for "Word and Image," a juried exhibition examining how artists navigate the complex relationship between written language and visual representation. This exhibition seeks to showcase contemporary artists who continue this conversation, demonstrating how text-image relationships generate new forms of meaning and visual experience. We are looking for works across all mediums that highlight artists who treat text and image as related forces, allowing their interplay to drive conceptual and aesthetic development.
