Description

Symphony Space seeks experienced, part-time, year-round, Teaching Artists and Performing Companies for its Global Arts program celebrating traditional and indigenous arts from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the United States. The Global Arts program serves over 16,000 students each year. Global Arts Teaching Artists and Performing Companies lead in-school or after school workshops in public schools, charter schools, and community centers throughout NYC and select locations in the tri-state area, in addition to cultural performances at Symphony Space theaters.
