Based in Baton Rouge, D'Quincy is a lover of all things bright colorful and whimsical. He started painting in the year of 2019 as a escape. The pieces he creates are geared towards children and make a impact in life within imaginative realms. In 2023 he had his first solo exhibition at the Manship Theatre which then open the door for him to be featured in the Baton Rouge Advocate Louisiana's leading news source, providing award-winning local and regional news coverage. He is now currently brainstorming new ides and letting his art speak from the shadows of his mind.

My name is Macey Percle and I am the artist behind Francis Rose Designs. The inspiration for Francis Rose Designs comes from combining the middle names of my two children.I am a wife and mother, living in Southern Louisiana. I have been drawing and creating for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, I would obsess over my coloring books choosing the perfect colors, mixing colors, and shading in the shadows, just as my daughter does now. I would attend art classes and either paint or learn to crotchet in the summers spent at my Nana’s. Having a creative outlet has always been my way of escaping from stress and anxiety and I feel like my best self when I am creating. While I do not have a degree in art, I am trained in watercolor and charcoal (which is my first love) from my art classes with a local artist growing up. I have recently fallen in love with heavy body acrylics using an impasto style to sculpt out my painting adding more depth and texture. I am a former teacher and taught grades Kindergarten-3rd for six years before deciding to stay home with my little ones. I am grateful to have had that time with them, but now that they are both in school, I have decided to dive headfirst into creating again. I always knew that my path would eventually lead to art in some form but it just took some time to get here and work up the courage to share my art with others.
The band Tilla formed after Taylor Scott (lead vocal) and Nathan France (producer, sax player) organized a writing retreat in New Orleans in early 2022. While the band shapeshifts for each project and performance, its core members include Eric Newble (lead vocal), Morgan Ryser (pianist), Evan Ryser (vocalist), Andy Jones (bass), Quinn Jacobson (guitar), and Jalen McCullough (drums). Their songs layer thoughtful lyricism with timeless analog sensibilities and contemporary electronic innovations. Their work blends and bends genres and conventions by stretching across Blues, Soul, R&B, Dance, Jazz, and Gospel. Tilla released their debut EP, Term of Endearment (2023), which is filled to the brim with spirit, character, care, happy accidents, and so much more. The band’s distinct multi-vocal harmonies engage audiences in an intimate encounter where the song is the room. In the spring of 2024, Tilla was the artist-in-residence for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Hip-Hop Arts Residency program. The band headlined the annual Line Breaks Festival with their 50-minute musical production, Heaven Inside, at the Overture Center for the Performing Arts. Heaven Inside debuted the band’s latest original songs. The show featured performances from the legendary Kongolese percussionist Papa Titos Sompa (New Orleans, LA) and organist Leotha Stanley (Madison, WI). Together their musical contributions help make this project as delightfully ethereal as it is grounding. While occasionally popping out for house shows and festivals, the band has been busy with recording new music.
Louisiana based artist, Loveday Funck started her career in art later in life, but her love of history and whimsy have been a constant interest. Making use of a talent for the manipulation of digital images, she creates a twisted fairy tale world, finding her inspiration in the centuries old buildings and graveyards of New Orleans and the unique sites that dot the Acadiana landscape. Her art has been recognized in international juried exhibitions as well as competitions. Her work often amuses as her sense of humor is revealed in juxtaposing the world of formal, Victorian era photography with the portraits of modern pets or other animals. Working from antique imagery and her own photography, Loveday Funck turns her eye to the intersection of history and the fantastic. Combining the surreal experience of her heart with the images of historic Louisiana she creates a whimsical, colorful, and usually macabre world. Come and partake in its skewed sacrament.
Justin Solomon is a Louisiana based visual artist whose works merge abstract concepts with themes like black expression & identity, outer space, mythology, science fiction, and fantasy to create a visual narrative that challenges perceptions and supercharges the imagination. Working primarily with mixed-media, I am passionate about creating artwork from little drops of randomness to every day sources of inspiration. Through my art, I strive to inspire dialogue, whether it’s internally within one’s heart, mind, and soul or externally amongst masses. Art has been an integral part of my life since childhood. From teaching myself basic skills at a young to taking my first art class in 4th grade I discovered my gift and abilities. Not too long after graduating high school I would soon attend and graduate from Delta College of Arts & Technology where I obtained an associate’s degree in graphic design. Honing these newly acquired skills would allow me to see and create with new eyes allowing me to develop a diverse skill set that I incorporate into my artwork. My creative process is driven by experimentation. I find inspiration in everything from movies/tv shows, music. anime, comic books, religion, and cultures from around the world. By combining acrylics, ink, and markers or using them individually, I aim to create visually captivating pieces. Throughout my artistic journey, I've had the privilege of exhibiting my work in galleries in both my home state and across the country, including the "You Aren’t Alone Project" and most recently, the "WILD" Summer Contemporary Juried Exhibition (which I placed third in) both in Baton Rouge, LA and abroad in both of The Holy Art Gallery’s “Unusual” in London, England and “Art on Loop Milan” in Milan, Italy. These experiences have shaped my artistic growth and continue to motivate me to push the boundaries of my creativity, while also allowing me to be a part of important conversations outside of art such as mental health. Thank you for taking the time to look into my artistic universe. I hope my creations resonate with you, evoke emotions, and spark conversations. If you'd like to connect, collaborate, or have any inquiries, please feel free to reach out through the contact information provided. Your friendly visual artist, Justin Solomon

Most of my family members are Artistic in one way or another. My love of art started in high school, drawing mythical creatures as a past time & painting Ceramic figurines. That Artistic ability carried me into being a Hairdresser, striving in Creative Coloring & Cuts. I am originally from Lake Charles, La., my husband, Ricky, & I moved to Zachary due to Hurricane Laura. In Lake Charles, we opened Stone Koat Kreations Epoxy Countertops. From day 1 of opening we have kept God, Jesus Christ, the center of our business. He has led us to every job, either the client needing us in some way or just the opposite. About a year ago I started playing around with Resin Geode Art & fell in love with it. Just as with our business, Countertops, I let God's Beauty & Grace flow through my creativity into my Art work. He continues to give me ideas to create some of the most beautiful art I have ever seen or made. He has seen me through so much & brought me to this place in my life, that never in a million years I thought I'd ever be. Only by His Grace & Faithfulness is why I'm where I'm at today.
