CDP has been a part of the Baton Rouge community since 2005 as a professional performance group, pre-professional dance training, participate in several outreach programs and non-profit events, dance programs for children and a leader in the Performing Arts. We continue to produce an impact of programs for girls and boys through the year. Our Holiday Nutcracker performance gives the audience another artistic insight to a classical ballet story by using creative concepts, and the value of classical technique. The Cangelosi Dance Project offers dance classes in Ballet, Jazz, tap, contemporary and acro ages 3 through 18. The school holds a 10 month season from August till May with a spring recital and summer dance classes for children and our intensive study.
