Description

The Know Your Neighbors Fund is offering $200 micro-grants to support neighbor-led events across New Haven. Residents can apply for funding to host simple community gatherings such as block parties, shared meals, cleanups, or other projects that bring people together. The goal is to make it easy for neighbors to connect and build stronger community ties through small, local events. Applications are due May 4, 2026. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Complete the online application form Propose a simple, neighbor-led event If selected, host the event and submit a brief Event Storytelling report including: a 100-word summary number of attendees at least one photo a short (about 30-second) video

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Open to New Haven residents and community members planning events that take place in New Haven. Events should be free, open, and focused on bringing neighbors together.
