At this stage, both interior and exterior locations remain open for consideration. This is a request for qualifications. Proposals are not required during this stage.

This flagship facility will serve as both a gateway to the Joe Aillet Stadium and a hub for academic, wellness, and leadership support for all Louisiana Tech student-athletes. The artwork should feature a realistic and recognizable depiction of the Louisiana Tech Bulldog mascot. This is a request for qualifications. Proposals are not required at this stage.
